    Explanation:

    1. Out of 12,8 are good and 4 are spoiled.
    Required probability = 4C4/12C4 = 1/495.

    2. Required probability = 1 – 1/495 = 494/495.

    3. Required probability = (8C3 * 4C1 )/12C4
    = (56 x 4)/495
    = 224/495.
